Cancellation Policy

Company: Digibeds Technologies Private Limited (“Digibeds”, “we”, “us”), India

1. Summary

Cancellation of an active subscription term is not permitted. Once a term has started, it runs — and is payable — until its end date.
To stop the subscription from continuing, submit a non-renewal request before the next renewal date. The subscription then ends at the end of the current paid term.
No refunds or credits are issued for the remainder of an active term (see the Refund Policy).
One-time charges (setup, onboarding, customization, training, integration and similar) are non-refundable and are not affected by non-renewal.

2. How to Request Non-Renewal

Email [email protected] from a registered account contact, stating the property name and subscription to be non-renewed.
Requests must be received before the renewal date; requests received after renewal apply to the following term, because the renewed term is already active.
Digibeds will confirm the request and the end-of-service date in writing.

3. What Happens at the End of the Term

Access to the Service ends at the end of the paid term.
Customer data export may be requested within the post-expiry window described in the Software as a Service Policy; after that window, data is scheduled for deletion in line with our retention practices.
Auto-renewal simply stops — no cancellation fee applies to a valid non-renewal request.

4. Cancellation by Digibeds

Digibeds may suspend or terminate the Service for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or non-payment as described in the Software as a Service Policy and Terms & Conditions of Use. Termination for breach does not create a refund right.

5. Trials and Demos

Free demos and trial environments (where offered) can be discontinued at any time by either party and do not involve charges; they are not “active subscriptions” for the purposes of this Policy.
