Responsibilities

Provide online support to clients through email, chat, calls and remote assistance channels.
Assist with issue logging, basic troubleshooting, client follow-ups and workflow guidance.
Support onboarding and service continuity for Digibeds Hospitality Suite users across booking, check-in/check-out, guest registration, housekeeping and channel manager workflows.
Work with defined support schedules, response targets and quality standards.

Open to remote applicants from any part of the world under global hiring.
Reliable internet connection, laptop or desktop system and quiet work environment are required.
Good written communication, professional client handling, documentation skills and basic hotel operations knowledge are required.
Ability to work across time zones or shifts based on company support requirements.
Previous remote support, technical support or client service experience must be clearly mentioned.
