A. Information from Hotels and Partners

Digibeds acts as a data processor for guest information on behalf of hotels. This may include:

  • Guest name, contact number, email address, and nationality.
  • Check-in/check-out dates, booking sources, preferences, and special requests.
  • Payment details (masked card data, transaction IDs).
  • Invoices and service usage history (e.g., laundry, dining, room services).

Important: Digibeds does not reproduce, sell, or share guest or hotel data with any third party without explicit written consent from the hotel.

C. Technical and Usage Data
  • Device identifiers, IP addresses, browser type, and operating system.
  • Login timestamps, access logs, and system activity.
  • Error logs, support tickets, and analytics related to product performance.

4. How We Use the Information

  • Deliver and maintain services such as PMS, RMS, Channel Manager, and integrations.
