Refund Policy for Digibeds™ Subscriptions

1. General Policy
At Jungleciti Hospitality India Private Limited, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness with all Digibeds™ clients. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be granted for software subscriptions and related services.
2. Free Demo Period
- Digibeds™ offers a free demo version of the software for 15 days to all prospective hotel and restaurant clients.
- This demo allows users to evaluate all core features including PMS, RMS, Booking Engine, and Integrations.
- The demo period incurs no charges or obligations, and is provided to ensure clients are satisfied before subscribing.
3. Non-Refundable Subscription Policy
- Once a client subscribes and the subscription is activated, the payment is final and non-refundable.
- If the onboarding process has already started (e.g., data setup, customization, or integration), a refund cannot be processed even if activation is pending.
- All payments made toward Digibeds subscription plans are considered final, as operational costs and configuration processes begin immediately after payment.
4. Renewals and Expiry
- Clients are notified before their renewal date.
- Renewal payments are voluntary, but once processed, they are non-refundable.
- Failure to renew will result in automatic deactivation of the account after the subscription term ends.
5. Exceptional Cases for Refund
- Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases such as:
- Duplicate payment for the same transaction.
- Technical error resulting in multiple charges for a single subscription.
- In such cases, Jungleciti will verify the transaction and issue a refund to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
6. Responsibility of the Client
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have fully evaluated the software during the demo period. Once the subscription is activated, the client is deemed to have accepted the Digibeds platform as-is and understood the service functionality.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may choose not to renew their subscription after the contract term ends.
- However, mid-term cancellations after activation do not qualify for refunds.

9. Acknowledgment
By subscribing to Digibeds™, clients acknowledge that:
- They have reviewed the free demo prior to subscription.
- They understand that all payments after activation are non-refundable.
- They agree to this Refund Policy in full upon payment and activation.
